Whole Body Exercise
Whole Body Workout is suitable for most levels as well as Exercise Referrals as it is based on natural body movements. This class is based on natural body movements which make the moves easy to master.
This class is suitable for all ages and abilities – and enables you to work at your own pace. This class will improve posture, strengthen your core, work your major muscle groups and improve your co-ordination and balance. It won’t take long for you to see the benefits of attending.
