HIIT

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is designed to keep the heart rate up and burn off body fat.

You will alternate between bursts of intense activity and periods of lower-intensity activity or rest. During this class you will work on with your body weight and get your heart pumping with some cardiovascular exercise. Join us for a hard workout and burn maximum calories.
