A high intensity interval training class that alternates between short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with  short periods of recovery. A great way to burn calories in a 45 minute workout. You will alternate between bursts of intense activity and periods of
lower-intensity activity/rest. During this class, you will  get your heart pumping with some cardiovascular exercise.
Join us for this intense workout – and burn maximum calories!
