We believe that living an active and healthy lifestyle can improve everybody’s experiences. By keeping active and managing things like your weight, you will be able to enjoy more that life has to offer, and be more involved in your family’s plans.
We hold various courses in our leisure venues to give you the basics of good nutrition and offer specialist advice to help you feed your body for long-term success. We also bring activities to the community, through our Virtual Gym supervised exercise sessions, and Still Me, our project that provides activities and support for people living with dementia and their families.
We also work in partnership with the NHS Cardiac Rehabilitation team and the East Lindsey Heart Support Group.

Health Walks are part of the Walking for Health scheme operating in the East Lindsey District. These are now organised by Lincolnshire Co-Op.
