It’s true, being active is good for us!

In fact adults who exercise, not only feel fitter, they feel healthier and happier too, and at Magna Vitae we have a range of adult exercise & activities to help you live a great life.

Being physically active, is a great way to not only shape up, but also for boosting your self esteem, improving your mood, and helping you to have more energy.

NHS England even goes as far as to say, people who exercise regularly have a lower risk of developing many long-term conditions. Chronic conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, and even depression

So there you have it, exercise is good for you! and the best news is, Magna Vitae is here to help you get your fitness on track, so you can live a great life.

NHS  England states that adults should try to exercise daily, and aim to do at least  150 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity every week.

Community Groups

Being active, is always more fun with friends, and we are proud to deliver an adult community exercise programme, as well as an exciting programme of social opportunities.

Did you know? In the last year, the community team provided support and activities to over 1600 people aged 50+ living within our communities, including those living with a life limiting illness and carers.
