Funded International Study

/ Culture

Magna Vitae are excited to continue our international partnership with the International Peoples College (IPC) in Denmark, which allowed us to secure fully funded placements throughout 2024 and into 2025. This unique and inspiring educational opportunity gives you the chance to gain new skills, nurture your personal growth and find fresh goals in your life. Funded by UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

The International Peoples College is a Danish Folk High School which offers you an experience focused on personal growth, skill development and a fresh focus on your life goals.

Folk High Schools are non-formal residential schools where there are:

  • No exams
  • No fixed curriculum
  • No mandatory classes.

Instead, Tutors at IPC teach subjects that they are passionate about, and the students have the freedom to engage in classes based on their motivation, interests and desires.

View the IPC’s website here: https://ipc.dk/

The IPC was founded in the wake of World War l by Peter Manniche with the belief that world peace is created through understanding, and that an informed society is essential for a functioning democracy.

At the IPC students from around the world come together to learn how to use their unique skills in the best possible way to support social and economic justice.

The core values that guide life at IPC include:

  1. Peace
  2. Respect & openness
  3. Equality
  4. Democracy
  5. Social Responsibility
  6. Sustainability

Magna Vitae’s mission, as a trust for leisure and culture, is to address social and economic inequality by providing innovative leadership, generating positive change. Our partnership with IPC is therefore based on a shared social purpose.

Magna Vitae and IPC have collaborated to offer funded international study at IPC for 15 August – 18 December 2024 & 16 January – 31 March 2025.

These placements cover travel, accommodation, and food expenses. There are no fees or exams associated with this opportunity. So what are you waiting for?

If you are interested in personal growth, skill development, and the chance to support social and economic justice in a unique educational setting, then we would love to hear from you!
