Yoga is a physical and mental exercise class, using stretching & breathing to help improve posture and core stability, whilst helping you relax and release stress. This is a popular class that will improve your physical and mental wellbeing. Under the guide of the instructor, you will learn how to perform the moves effectively whilst controlling your breathing.

You will never be too old or too unfit to do yoga! Even people who struggle with other forms of exercise find this to be a relaxing, strengthening and social experience.
