Body Conditioning combines cardio and resistance whilst working to an energetic beat to work out your whole body.
With a range of exercise techniques that includes. aerobics, floor work, weights and resistance training away from the gym! Classes vary between 45-60 minutes in length.
Body Conditioning is suitable for those 16 years old and above and all fitness levels.

You can make bookings via our website, app, or with our Front of House teams.
All bookings must be paid for at the time of booking. Payment can be made via cash or card.
Just bring yourself and your water bottle! Don’t forget your towel and also a £1 coin for the lockers.
Please note in the health suite changing rooms at Meridian Leisure Centre, lockers are locked with padlocks.
Hairdryers are also available for 20p.
For all bookings, a 48 hour notice period is required for cancelling your session or transferring it to another day. For cancellations, when more than 48 hours notice is given you will receive a full refund. Please note, you will not be automatically refunded if you cancel the session via our app or our website, you would need to get in contact with reception.
