New to the gym?
You’ll have the option to book an Introduction. In this one-hour session, our friendly lifestyle consultants can guide you around our venue, show you how to use our gym equipment and answer any questions you may have.
The best thing… Our Introductions are FREE for both members and non-members. So, if you’re thinking if we are the venue for you, get yourself booked in! These can be booked via our app or website. Or, check out our online introductions!
Personal Programmes
Are you not seeing the results you want? Is your current workout routine not working for you? As a member, you can book a FREE personal programme with one of our qualified lifestyle consultants. They will design an exercise programme specifically for you, helping you to achieve your personal fitness goals.
Personal Training
For just £25 an hour, you can enjoy a 1:1 personal training session with one of our lifestyle consultants. Take your fitness to the next level, as we help you to push your limits and reach for results. All sessions will be tailored to you, and we will help you monitor your progress. Before you book your first personal training session, we advise you book in for a personal programme so you can discuss you needs and find the right lifestyle consultant for you and your goals.

Fitness Transformation
Do you have a special event coming up? Need that extra motivation? Ready to transform your health and wellbeing?
Enrol in our Fitness Transformation programme and unlock your full potential. Available to members for £130 and non-members for £230. This includes:
- A 30-minute consultation
- 6 x 1:1 Personal Training sessions
- Nutrition & dietary advice
- Calorie and macronutrient goals
- Step challenge
- Check-ins to monitor progress, weight-ins on weeks 1,6 & 12 using measurements and progress photos.
Exercise on Prescription
Exercise on Prescription is a funded 12-week personal exercise programme for anyone with a medical condition who would benefit from a more active lifestyle. You can access it through your Health Professional or self-refer via the One You Lincolnshire website.
