Les Mills SPRINT™: A 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout. It’s short, intense, and scientifically proven to deliver rapid results, making it ideal for busy schedules. Les Mills RPM™: A fun, low-impact group cycling workout where you control the intensity. Burn up to 500 calories per session as you ride through hill climbs, sprints, and flat terrain with motivating music. RPM helps boost your cardio fitness and personal achievement, allowing you to set your own pace and resistance. It’s a journey, not a race! 30-minute and 45-minute sessions available.

BODYPUMP™ is the original Barbell class that pushes your limits!
This full-body workout uses light to moderate weights with high repetitions. Trained instructors guide you through scientifically proven moves, providing motivation and energetic music. You’ll leave feeling pumped!

BODYCOMBAT™

Sh’Bam classes are offered in both 45 and 30-minute sessions. Suitable for those aged 14 years and above.

Inspired by elite athletic training, LES MILLS CORE™ is a scientific workout designed for incredible core tone and sports performance.
Trained instructors guide you through correct techniques as you build strength, stability, and endurance, improve balance, prevent injuries, and enhance overall performance.
LES MILLS CORE™ offers options for all fitness levels, making it challenging yet achievable. Suitable for those aged 16 years and above.
You can make bookings via our website, app, or with our Front of House teams.
All bookings must be paid for at the time of booking. Payment can be made via cash or card.
Just bring yourself and your water bottle! Don’t forget your towel and also a £1 coin for the lockers.
Please note in the health suite changing rooms at Meridian Leisure Centre, lockers are locked with padlocks.
Hairdryers are also available for 20p.
For all bookings, a 48 hour notice period is required for cancelling your session or transferring it to another day. For cancellations, when more than 48 hours notice is given you will receive a full refund. Please note, you will not be automatically refunded if you cancel the session via our app or our website, you would need to get in contact with reception.
