Our instructor-led floor-based exercises combine controlled stretching and strength training to improve core stability, posture, and mobility. It also enhances body awareness, utilising mind-body practices enhancing your awareness of sensations in your body, which can help prevent injury. 

Suitable for those aged 16 years+ and those that may be suffering with mobility issues or joint conditions.

Fitness Pilates is more of a functional approach to the traditional Pilates class. It still applies the main principles of Pilates-based exercises, combining them with functional movements to improve posture, alignment, and balance. 

It will improve overall body strength, mainly emphasising your back and core muscles.

You can make bookings via our website, app, or with our Front of House teams.

All bookings must be paid for at the time of booking. Payment can be made via cash or card.

Just bring yourself and your water bottle! Don’t forget your towel and also a £1 coin for the lockers.

Please note in the health suite changing rooms at Meridian Leisure Centre, lockers are locked with padlocks.

Hairdryers are also available for 20p.

For all bookings, a 48 hour notice period is required for cancelling your session or transferring it to another day. For cancellations, when more than 48 hours notice is given you will receive a full refund. Please note, you will not be automatically refunded if you cancel the session via our app or our website, you would need to get in contact with reception.
