Disability Football

Join our Community Team for their ‘Disability Football’ sessions.

Experience the joy of football with our fun, FREE, and INCLUSIVE sessions! Suitable for everyone 18 years and older with additional needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and/or physical disabilities.

When? Tuesdays 1.00pm – 2.00pm

Wellbeing Walks

Embark on a journey of wellbeing with Marko, as we join forces with Lincolnshire Co-op and The Ramblers, to explore nature, nurture your health, and build connections – step by step. Includes a 30 minute or 60–90-minute walk with a healthy dose of socialising and laughter!   

All our Wellbeing Walks are entirely  FREE, and there is no need to book; turn up regardless of the weather!  Refreshments are available to be purchased after each session.

Body Conditioning with Faye

Perfect for those who are looking for muscle-shaping away from the gym… Body Conditioning involves an aerobic-style warm-up, followed by various muscle-toning exercises.
