This class involves a workout with Kettlebells and body weight exercises, in a small class setting. Slow grind Kettlebell lifts are meant to increase total body strength, muscular strength and stamina, as well as a focus like no other exercise. You will burn calories and get great muscle tone. Kettlebells are great for body conditioning and developing endurance too.

You will improve your balance and co-ordination through performing a number of moves using different positions and movements. The fluid motions you will use to swing the weights, mean that you won’t impact on your joints. This is a great class for anyone looking to improve muscle tone and burn calories.
