How Boditrax Can Transform Your Training
When starting a fitness journey, goals like losing weight, building muscle, or simply improving health are common. But what do those goals really mean for your body?
Boditrax’s cutting-edge composition and movement tracking scales provide precise insights, helping you focus your efforts for meaningful results.
This process is broken into three key areas:
1. Baseline
Your essential stats to establish a benchmark:
- Age
- Height
- Body Weight
- BMI
- Ideal Body Weight
- Impedance (reading accuracy)
2. Composition
Delve into the specifics of your body’s makeup:
- Fat Percentage and Mass
- Muscle Percentage and Mass
- Water Percentage and Mass
- Bone Percentage and Mass
3. Results
Gain a clearer picture of how your body is performing, including:
- Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR)
The minimum calories your body requires daily to function. BMR accounts for around 70% of your energy use, powering essential systems like your nervous, respiratory, and circulatory systems. - Basal Metabolic Score
Reflects your body’s ability to burn daily calorie intake. - Muscle Score
Evaluates the total muscle mass in your body.
- Visceral Fat Rating (VFR)
Measures fat around your vital organs. Lower VFR is associated with reduced risks of heart disease, high blood pressure, and Type 2 Diabetes. - Degree of Obesity
Calculates how far you are from your ideal weight, as determined by BMI. - Metabolic Age
Compares your BMR to the typical age of someone with similar stats. If your metabolic age exceeds your actual age, increasing exercise can help build healthy muscle and reduce this figure.
