Magna Vitae is seeking a proactive and skilled Health & Safety Manager to lead our safety strategy across leisure, cultural and community venues in East Lindsey. This is a pivotal role where you’ll advise Directors and Managers, ensure compliance with legislation and help foster a positive health and safety culture throughout the organisation.
As Health & Safety Manager, you’ll take the lead in audits, risk assessments and inspections, coordinating training and safety initiatives to protect both staff and visitors. You’ll also investigate incidents, recommend improvements and provide clear reporting to senior leaders and Trustees, ensuring our venues operate safely and efficiently. This role offers the chance to influence organisational strategy, develop best practice policies and see the direct impact of your work across a dynamic charity.
