Louth ‘Dolphins’ Swimming Club 38th Annual Club Championship Presentation Event

Louth Swimming Club recently held their 38th Annual Club Championships presentation at ‘Drakes’, Crowtree Golf Club, Louth.

What a night again featuring the red carpet with personalised music for not only each winner but this year appropriate to each presenter! A great idea from Di Adams and much enjoyed by all. The actual events were held late in 2024 but because of a very busy calendar and of course Christmas the presentation night was delayed until January 2025.

A team of volunteers did a stunning job with the logistics involved in organising an event of this magnitude, thanks to the team of coaches/officials, team managers, technical operators, and poolside assistants.

Club Director of Swimming Ian Roscoe with a little help from Chairman Bob Wells compered the event.

Magana Vitae Operations Managers – Adam Dalton and Nick Marshall (Guest presenters)

“The atmosphere was unbelievable! It was a fantastic evening and brilliant to see all the young swimmers collect awards for their incredible achievements throughout the year. This club means so much to so many people and has a huge impact on the community. Magna Vitae is honoured to be a part of this.”

Ian Roscoe,

“A great evening for the club held at a fantastic new venue. A time for old and new faces to join together and reward our swimmers for all their hard work in 2024.”

The 28 trophies were presented by honoured guests and the clubs volunteer coaches & teachers

The room was nicely set up by Regan and her team. The trophies were presented in front of the swimming club’s logo. The trophy secretary Claire Annison-Snowden made the presentations run like clockwork.

The awards were followed by a fundraising raffle run by Claire Annison-Snowden followed by ex-Club member John Atherton’s ‘disco’ was then enjoyed by all.
