What is on offer for my child after they have completed all of their stages?
Your child can enrol on Rookie Lifeguard Awards from Stage 5 onwards and between the ages of 8-15 – available at our venues in Louth, Horncastle & Skegness. Alternatively, we are affiliated with Louth Swimming Club and Skegness Swimming Club if your child would like to pursue swimming further.
Can I speak with a swim teacher after my child’s lesson?
Unfortunately, most of our swim teachers teach back-to-back lessons. Therefore, they are unable to discuss anything at length in between lessons. Can I take photos of my child whilst they are swimming?
You are able to take photos of your children swimming as long as you have filled out a photograph permission form, which can be acquired at reception. Please ensure you are taking a picture of your child ONLY and that the image does not include any other children. This is for GDPR and Safeguarding reasons. … Continued
How do I provide feedback or raise an issue?
Feedback/survey emails are sent out twice a year, should you require more urgent attention, please speak with Front of House or a Duty Manager. Alternatively, you can pop us an email to info@mvtlc.org.
