What we are looking for…
- Experience: 3+ years in a swimming pool or sports centre environment, with a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities; knowledge of health & safety, facility cleanliness, and integrated management systems.
- Technical: Computer literate with the ability to oversee daily operations effectively.
- Qualifications: RLSS NPLQ, CIMSPA/IOS National Pool Plant Operator’s Certificate, HSE-recognised First Aid at Work or willingness to work towards.
- Availability: evening work, weekends, and bank holidays.
