Our Rookie Lifeguard lessons help children build confidence, awareness, and essential water-safety skills in a fun and supportive environment. Designed for confident swimmers, the programme introduces lifeguard-style skills through practical activities and team challenges.
Children learn how to stay safe in and around water, recognise potential risks, and develop strong swimming and survival skills. Alongside this, they build confidence, teamwork, and responsibility — all while enjoying active, engaging sessions led by qualified instructors.
Rookie Lifeguard lessons are ideal for children who are ready to progress beyond traditional swimming lessons and want to learn real-world skills that could one day help save a life.
