Finalists for…

Impact on Health Award

Ageless & Agile

Our community team hosts Ageless & Agile sessions weekly, accessible to all but tailored for adults who may suffer with health conditions, want advice on improving health and wellbeing, want to meet new people and be social or try new hobbies.

Our Ageless & Agile sessions play a key role in improving the health and wellbeing of our community, particularly for older adults. These sessions are designed to promote physical activity in a safe and enjoyable environment, helping participants maintain mobility, strength, and balance as they age. By offering tailored exercises that suit different fitness levels, we not only support physical health but also foster social connections, reduce isolation, and improve mental wellbeing.

Through Ageless & Agile, we’re making a lasting impact by empowering people to lead happier and healthier lives.
