The Level 3 in First Aid at Work course is across 3-days. A Level 3 in Emergency First Aid at Work course is 1-day. The hours vary for these courses. If you require further information please get in contact info@mvtlc.org.
The NPLQ course is across 6 days (with the external assessment being on the 6th day). The course times are 9am-6pm each day (apart from the assessment day, which may shorter).
Your NPLQ will be valid for 2 years. Before it expires, you will need to sit another assessment. To do this, you will need to provide a minimum of 20 hours records of certified training within the 2 year period of being qualified.
