Do you offer personal training sessions and how much are they?
All of our Lifestyle Consultants are qualified to offer personal training sessions which are tailored to you! Sessions are £26.50 an hour and need to be booked in advance. How do I receive my online booking details?
If you create an account online, you will be sent your login details via email. Click the link as described in the email and create your password. If you create an account at reception, you will need your email address and member ID number to login and create your password the first time.
Are your venues open on Bank Holidays?
All of our venues operate reduced opening hours on Bank Holidays. We will notify you of any changes to opening times on our website venue pages, via our app and posters in our venues. If you are signed up to our Operational Updates, you will also receive an email.
Will your venues be affected during school holidays?
Some of our venues may operate with extended opening hours during the school holidays. Our usual swimming sessions may be affected. Check out our holiday timetables to find out more or contact your local venue.
Do you have accessible facilities?
All of our venues have accessible changing areas and toilets. There are wide corridors & doors, lifts and our swimming pools have beached areas or have access steps and hoists. Our newest venue, Station Leisure & Learning Centre is ‘Changing Places Toilet’ registered.
