Who do I contact if something goes wrong when trying to book?
If you experience any issues while trying to make a booking, please contact the facility you are booking with directly. Their Front of House team will be happy to help resolve any problems and assist you with your booking. You can find contact details for each of our venues on our Contact Us page.
How long do I have to complete the online booking?
Once you begin your booking, you’ll have a 10-minute window to complete the process. After this time, your selected space will be released and made available to others. To avoid losing your slot, we recommend having your payment details ready before you start.
What if I forget my membership card? Am I still able to access the gym?
Yes, if you forget your membership card, don’t worry — you can still access the gym. Just speak to a member of our Front of House team when you arrive, and they’ll be happy to assist you in signing in manually.

You are eligible for a Concession Magna Vitae subscription if you are in receipt of any benefits (documentation of your concession should be enclosed with your application). Anyone is eligible for an Magna Vitae (MV) subscription. You will need to purchase an annual subscription of £5. Please note, this is not set up as an automatic renewal.
How much do I have to pay for a Magna Vitae (MV) subscription?
You will need to purchase an annual subscription of £5. Please note, this is not set up as an automatic renewal. The physical MV card is provided free of charge initially, if you lose or misplace this it will be £1 for a replacement. You will then receive discounted rates for pay-as-you-go bookings.
