If I fail the lifeguard assessment, can I re-take it?
Yes, you get 28 days from the original assessment day to re-take. The course trainer will give you more information on this should you fail.

If I fail the lifeguard assessment, would I need to re-take the whole assessment again or just the element I failed?
No, you would just re-take the section that you have failed. For example, if you fail the test paper, you would just need to re-sit another paper. The Training Assessor can give you more information on this.
Is the paediatric course the full qualification I need to work in a child care environment and is it OFSTED approved?
Yes, attending the 2 day Paediatric First Aid course will give you full certification requirement for all child care jobs.
Do you offer seasonal recruitment?
Yes, we do. We offer a range of different opportunities that cover summer, school holidays and Christmas.
Do you offer Apprenticeships?
Yes, we do. This would depend on our current Apprenticeship vacancies.
Will I be contacted if my application is unsuccessful?

Yes, please speak to the main contact for the job role and they will be able to advise. We do offer course and training to support your application for the right candidates.
How old do I have to be to work at Magna Vitae?
You are required to be aged 16 and above to work for us. However, we do offer work placements and volunteer opportunities to those under the age of 16.
