All bookings must be paid for at the time of booking. Payment can be made via cash or card. You can make bookings via our website, app, or with our Front of House teams.
To use the gyms at all our venues you need to be aged 11 years or over. An Introduction is required before using the gym which would need to be booked in advance to guarantee a Lifestyle Consultant is available.
