You may be unable to log on to your account via our website, or Magna Vitae app, for numerous reasons.
- If you have not updated your password in line with our systems upgrade, you will need to select ‘Forgotten password’ and update your password to ensure it meets updated security requirements. You may need your member ID number to do this which you can request from our Front of House team or via email info@mvtlc.org, once identification has been provided.
- Please ensure you are typing in the correct email and password, checking relevant capitals and special characters are entered correctly.
- You may also be having trouble logging in if your phone if you have not updated your phone. You can do this by checking your settings and software updates.
