To cancel your membership you will need to fill out a cancellation form via the link HERE. 

Please note, our direct debit memberships require a 3-month commitment as stated in the terms and conditions at the time of sign-up. If you have a membership with Magna Vitae you are required to give 1 calendar months notice to cancel. This applicable for all of our direct debit memberships including, fitness, gymnastics and swimming lessons.
