Children should wear appropriate sports clothing such as leotards, fitted shorts, sports leggings, or fitted tops. This ensures freedom of movement and prevents clothing from catching on equipment. If your child is under 8 years old, a parent or guardian must remain in the building for the entire duration of the session. For children aged 8 and over, parents may leave the building, but must ensure their child is safely dropped off and collected on time.

Your child should bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during the session and wear appropriate sports clothing that allows for easy movement. Please ensure they follow the clothing guidelines for safety and comfort.

Children can start gymnastics from 18 months old. Those under 5 years join our Pre-school lessons, while children aged 5 and over can enrol in our main gymnastics programme. For more detailed information, please click here.
