If you create an account online, you will be sent your login details via email. Click the link as described in the email and create your password. If you create an account at reception, you will need your email address and member ID number to login and create your password the first time.

Can I cancel or transfer my session?

Yes, you are able to see all of your bookings when you are logged into your account via our booking portal or app. To see all of your upcoming bookings, as well as your past bookings, please select ‘My Bookings’. You will also receive a confirmation email for each booking you make.
