If you create an account online, you will be sent your login details via email. Click the link as described in the email and create your password. If you create an account at reception, you will need your email address and member ID number to login and create your password the first time.
All bookings must be paid for at the time of booking. Payment can be made via cash or card. You can make bookings via our website, app, or with our Front of House teams.
For all bookings, a 48 hour notice period is required for cancelling your session or transferring it to another day. Yes, you are able to see all of your bookings when you are logged into your account via our booking portal or app. To see all of your upcoming bookings, as well as your past bookings, please select ‘My Bookings’. You will also receive a confirmation email for each booking you make.
