Led by a certified instructor, this bootcamp combines fun with fitness in the fresh outdoors! It’s the perfect way to get active, stay healthy, and meet new friends!

Walking Rugby

Get moving with Walking Rugby—a relaxed, non-contact, and fun way to stay active! This low-level activity is perfect for all fitness levels, letting you play at your own pace while enjoying a social atmosphere.

Everyone aged 18+ is welcome, regardless of experience, so whether you’re new to the sport or a seasoned player, you’ll fit right in! Plus, your first two sessions are free, so why not give it a go?

When? Mondays 5:30pm – 7:00pm

Where? Springwell Academy, Mablethorpe (Seaholme Road, LN12 2DF)

Cost?  First two sessions FREE, then £2pp.

Wellbeing Walks

Embark on a journey of wellbeing with with Lincolnshire Co-op and The Ramblers, to explore nature, nurture your health, and build connections – step by step. Includes a 30 minute or 60–90-minute walk with a healthy dose of socialising and laughter!

All Wellbeing Walks are entirely  FREE, and there is no need to book; turn up regardless of the weather!  Refreshments are available to be purchased after each session.
