Our Pool Parties!
Make a splash with our Pool Party Packages! Check out the options below — some have set dates and times, but alternate slots may be available (especially during school holidays!). Our Sports Hall Parties
Jump into fun with our Sports Hall Parties! Enjoy our large bouncy castle, soft play toys, and ball pit — perfect for active kids and big celebrations! For details on food and multi-purpose room bookings, see the info at the bottom of the page.
Our Gymnastic Parties
Flip, jump and balance with our Gymnastics Parties! Led by our British Gymnastics qualified coaches, featuring balancing beams, asymmetric bars, vault, run track, floor area, and soft play equipment. Coaches will guide the fun and ensure everyone stays safe. Children must wear suitable sports clothing (no zips, buttons or buckles), remove jewellery and tie back long hair. Anyone not dressed appropriately may be unable to take part for safety reasons. For our Pre-School parties, each child must be supervised by a responsible adult throughout party.
Food & Room Hire Information
Please read the details below before booking:

Our usual Swim Safe Policy applies — 1 adult per 2 children under 8 years.

Parties can exceed 20 guests (additional costs may apply). Please discuss with the Duty Manager when booking.

Children 8–15 years must be competent swimmers (able to swim 50m) or hold a Safe Swim Passport. Non-swimmers must wear armbands.

Under 8s and non-swimmers must be accompanied by a competent adult (adults are not permitted on the inflatable).

Prices include private pool hire, equipment, lifeguards and social area. Additional times may be available upon enquiry.

Pool depth: 0.9m–1.8m. Only swimmers confident over 50m may use the deep end.

Multi-Purpose Room hire: £16 per hour (additional charge of +£45 for our Leisure Pool party due to being out of hours). You’re welcome to decorate (no Sellotape or Blu Tack, please).

All party food must be provided by Aqua Vitae Café. Contact them on 01507 608545 to arrange and pay at least 7 days before your party.

Full payment for your party booking and room hire is required at the time of booking.
