These classes offer a different twist to the traditional Zumba, incorporating toning sticks and a high-energy step box workout. It’s a fun and effective way to tone your muscles and get your heart pumping!
Zumba Toning
Zumba Toning is a unique class that combines Latin rhythms with easy-to-follow, low-impact moves. You’ll use lightweight toning sticks that you shake like maracas, which will help you tone and sculpt your muscles. It’s a fun and effective way to get in shape!
Zumba Step
Zumba Step is a dance-based session that incorporates the Latin beats of a Zumba class with a high-energy step box workout. This class will get you moving to the music!
You can make bookings via our website, app, or with our Front of House teams.
All bookings must be paid for at the time of booking. Payment can be made via cash or card.
Just bring yourself and your water bottle! Don’t forget your towel and also a £1 coin for the lockers.
Please note in the health suite changing rooms at Meridian Leisure Centre, lockers are locked with padlocks.
Hairdryers are also available for 20p.
For all bookings, a 48 hour notice period is required for cancelling your session or transferring it to another day. For cancellations, when more than 48 hours notice is given you will receive a full refund. Please note, you will not be automatically refunded if you cancel the session via our app or our website, you would need to get in contact with reception.
