Swim at your own pace, with trained staff on hand to offer guidance and encouragement. A friendly and inclusive environment to enjoy swimming!

These are designed – but not exclusive – to those on health-referral programmes. The sessions involve swim-based exercises and also provide plenty of advice and guidance around chronic pain management.

It’s a great way to stay active, improve your confidence in the water and meet new people! Suitable for all ages and abilities!
