Increase your total body strength and stamina with a focused Kettlebell workout.  Our instructor-led classes show you the benefits of body weight exercises, which are perfect for burning calories and gaining excellent muscle tone, simultaneously!  

Not many classes test your limits and improve balance, coordination and body condition, and the best news… the fluid motion of a kettlebell swing means you won’t impact your joints.  This class is excellent for anyone looking to improve muscle tone and burn calories.

Suitable for those aged 16 years and above.

Kettlebell Circuits feature fluid swinging movements, minimising joint impact while engaging multiple muscle groups. Ideal for all fitness levels, they boost strength, endurance, and overall fitness efficiently.

All bookings must be paid for at the time of booking. Payment can be made via cash or card.

Just bring yourself and your water bottle! Don’t forget your towel and also a £1 coin for the lockers.

Please note in the health suite changing rooms at Meridian Leisure Centre, lockers are locked with padlocks.

Hairdryers are also available for 20p.

For all bookings, a 48 hour notice period is required for cancelling your session or transferring it to another day. For cancellations, when more than 48 hours notice is given you will receive a full refund. Please note, you will not be automatically refunded if you cancel the session via our app or our website, you would need to get in contact with reception.
