FiiT Virtual Classes

Enjoy a flexible, self-paced workout in our virtual classes, held in Engine Room One (Spin Studio) and Engine Room Two (Main Studio). Simply book a session and the class will play automatically on the TV screens. With a variety of options to suit all fitness levels, it’s a great way to train in a quieter setting.

Bike

Come and experience the ultimate, virtual, indoor cycling experience in our state-of-the-art cycle studio.

Designed to replicate a real-life ride, these 25 and 45min workouts use revolutions per minute (RPM) and resistance to create not only a challenging workout, but a measurable performance every time you get in the saddle.

You can make bookings via our website, app, or with our Front of House teams.

All bookings must be paid for at the time of booking. Payment can be made via cash or card.

Just bring yourself and your water bottle! Don’t forget your towel and also a £1 coin for the lockers.

Please note in the health suite changing rooms at Meridian Leisure Centre, lockers are locked with padlocks.

Hairdryers are also available for 20p.

For all bookings, a 48 hour notice period is required for cancelling your session or transferring it to another day. For cancellations, when more than 48 hours notice is given you will receive a full refund. Please note, you will not be automatically refunded if you cancel the session via our app or our website, you would need to get in contact with reception.
