Abs, arms and well Anything else we are about

This class is suitable for beginners and all abilities, however is an intense workout.

These are just some of the exercises we will be doing in this circuit based session:

  • Crunches
  • Sit ups
  • Plank
  • Press ups
  • Bicep Curls
  • Squats
  • Lunges

For this class we use dumb bells, floor equipment, stability balls and Dyna Bands.
