Strong by Zumba ®

Strong by Zumba® is a high intensity interval class (HIIT) that combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to specific music. There is no dancing involved and it is a greater all body workout.


This class is suitable for beginners and all abilities, however it is an intense workout.

These are just some of the exercises we will be doing in this 60 minute HIIT session:

  • High Knees
  • Burpees
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Lunges
  • Squats
  • Kick Boxing
