Aero Box is a 45 minute intermediate to high intensity aerobic class based on the principles of boxing and kick boxing.
Similar to Boxercise, you will punch and kick your way to fitness. This fantastic fun cardio workout will have you using your whole body. As time goes by you will improve on your skills, agility and momentum.
Get comfortable with the correct technique of punching and kicking and you will burn even more calories, and get some great muscle definition!
