Our Foundation stage programme, will help your little one to gain early water confidence, the development of motor skills and an enjoyment of being in the water.
The sessions below are delivered by specialist teaching staff.

Please be aware that a parent/guardian is required to be in the pool with the child during the lesson.

Water safety is crucial, especially in our coastal communities, where children are frequently exposed to oceans, rivers, and pools. Learning to swim at a young age not only builds confidence but also significantly reduces the risk of drowning, a leading cause of accidental deaths among children.
Swimming lessons teach essential skills such as floating, treading water, and safe entry and exit techniques, ensuring kids know how to react in emergencies. By prioritising water safety and early swim education, we can create a safer environment for our children and help them enjoy the water responsibly.

In addition to our group lessons, we offer 1:1 and 2:1 sessions to help your child gain confidence in the water more quickly and overcome any fears they may have. These private lessons are also perfect if you’re looking for them to improve specific skills or feel a quieter setting would be more suitable for their learning.
If you’re interested in 1:1 or 2:1 lessons for your child/children, please contact your local venue to check availability. Please note, all 1:1 and 2:1 lessons are subject to availability.
