Dive right in!

Whilst learning to swim may be scary at first, from the moment you first dip your toe in, you will love it and before you know it you will be coming for a regular relaxing swim in one of our general swimming or lane swimming sessions. We also have adults only and 50+ sessions for those of us who don’t like getting splashed. Our group WaterWise Adult swimming lessons are also a great way to socialise and meet new people!

1:1 Swimming Lessons

In addition to our group lesson programme, we also offer 1:1 and 2:1 lessons, helping you to gain confidence in the water faster and be comfortable in overcoming any fears.

1:1 and 2:1 sessions are also useful if you would like to improve your skills and focus on a particular area.

If you are interested in 1:1 or 2:1 lessons, please get in contact with your local venue to enquire about availability.

All of our 1:1 and 2:1 lessons are subject to availability.

It is very good value as you also get free swimming too. The teachers do very well as they have a big variation of abilities within the groups, so it is quite challenging. But they do very well!

The adult lessons are great fun! They give you so much confidence.

The water is tremendous exercise for the joints. We are all seniors, I do not think anyone would be offended if I say that, but it is the best possible exercise!
