Join Us on 16th October
Date: Thursday 16th October
Time: Drop in anytime between 6:00pm – 8:00pm
Location: Meridian Leisure Centre, Louth in our Studio 2
Becky, Mentor and National Trainer Assessor with over 24 years’ experience in leisure and 13 years in training, will be running CPR demonstrations throughout the evening for you and your family to get involved, ask questions and learn more. This is a relaxed, drop-in session — no booking required.
Come along after your child’s swimming lesson, after your class or workout, or on your way home from work. Becky will be on hand to answer your questions, demonstrate techniques, and help you learn the life-saving skills of CPR.
Why It Matters
Every year, thousands of people experience a cardiac arrest outside of hospital. Immediate CPR can double or even triple the chances of survival. By learning CPR, you could be the person who makes that difference.
Be Part of It
This Restart a Heart Day, take the opportunity to learn a skill that truly saves lives.
Bring your family, tell your friends, and join us at Magna Vitae as we raise awareness of cardiac arrest and the importance of learning CPR.
Because one day, your actions could save someone’s life.
