This September, Magna Vitae Trust for Leisure and Culture, in collaboration with the Mablethorpe Neighbourhood Policing Team, is proud to launch NexGen-Magnas — a new pilot programme designed to support young people aged 13–17 facing complex life challenges.

Formerly known as Mini-Magna’s, this initiative has evolved to meet the growing needs of young people in the Mablethorpe area, particularly those experiencing:

  • Mental health challenges

  • Difficult home environments or adverse childhood experiences (ACEs)

  • Social isolation

  • Young carer responsibilities

  • Involvement in low-level crime or anti-social behaviour

NexGen-Magna’s offers weekly sessions focused on life skills, personal development and positive engagement, alongside opportunities to take part in community events and trips — all within a supportive, youth-focused environment.

Sessions will run every Thursday, 6–8 PM in Mablethorpe, beginning in September 2025.

NEXGEN MAGNAS

Referrals are now closed but we look forward to sharing the success of this trial programme!

Together, we can empower Mablethorpe’s youth to build brighter, more resilient futures.
