Shining a Spotlight on Our Apprentices
We are proud to offer apprenticeships within our Trust, enabling young people to gain hands-on experience in Leisure & Culture while achieving valuable qualifications to support their future careers.
This year, we’re putting a special focus on our newest apprentice, Danny, who has recently started his journey at Station Leisure & Learning Centre in Mablethorpe. We’ll be sharing his experiences and aspirations as he embarks on this exciting opportunity in our newest centre.
We’re also catching up with Jess, an apprentice from last year, to see how she’s progressing, what skills she’s developed and how her apprenticeship has helped shape her future.

National Apprenticeship Week 2025 is all about Skills for Life, encouraging everyone to reflect on how apprenticeships can help individuals develop rewarding careers while providing businesses with a future ready workforce.
Throughout the week, businesses will be sharing inspiring stories of growth, confidence and success from apprentices, demonstrating how these programmes kick-start incredible careers!
