About Our Lessons
We offer 1-to-1 and 2-to-1 swimming lessons - For all ages! These bespoke lessons help to develop water confidence, improve technique, and learn new aquatic skills. Whether you’re just starting out or want to focus on specific areas of your swimming, our tailored sessions provide the support and flexibility to meet your needs. All lessons are subject to availability. Our qualified instructors focus on developing key aquatic skills, including coordination, agility, balance, streamlining, aquatic breathing, and buoyancy.

Lesson Frequency options, are:

• Weekly
• Biweekly
• One-off sessions

Pricing Overview:

• One-to-One (One-off) 30 minutes (one lesson) £25.35
• Two-to-One (One-off/Single) 30 minutes (one lesson) £38.00
• One-to-One (Block of 10) 30 minutes (ten lessons) £228.00
• Two-to-One (Block of 10) 30 minutes (ten lessons) £342.00

Important Notes: Prices shown are price per learner. Two-to-One prices cannot be split. All lessons must be booked and paid for in advance.

We offer 60 minute (1 hour) slots, too! All you need to do is make sure that you book 2 x 30 minute slots, when you are booking with the team. (The price will be 2 x the amount shown in the pricing overview.) When purchasing a block of 10 lessons, you’ll receive a discount (with your tenth lesson being free!) - And unlimited general swimming at all of our venue’s four swimming pools, no matter where your regular lessons are booked. PLUS, when you book a block of 10 lessons... You can monitor all progress through the home portal app!

Waiting List Information
Due to high demand, we operate a waiting list for our 1-to-1 lessons. Once you submit your interest, your child will be added to the list and allocated a space as soon as one becomes available. Please note:
• Priority is based on the application date and availability of suitable time slots.
• We will contact you as soon as a suitable slot is available.
• If your availability changes, please inform us so we can update our records.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled session. If you are unable to attend your booked/scheduled lesson, please inform reception as soon as possible. This allows us to offer the slot to another swimmer.
• Cancellations or changes with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the full fee being forfeited.
• No-shows will be charged at the full lesson rate.
• Exceptions may be considered in the case of emergencies, at the discretion of management.

Booking & Payment:
After each lesson, customers must book and pay for the following/upcoming lesson at reception. If you have purchased a block of 10 lessons, only the next date must be booked - No further payment will be required until the block of 10 has been used/completed.
