MagnaTag is a thrilling arena based TAG game! It’s all about quick thinking, lightning-fast moves, ninja-like agility, sharp senses, and a sprinkle of bravery, while also promoting fitness, fun, and a dash of healthy competition! The game? Swipe your wristband at light up TAGs to score points. The tougher the TAG, the bigger the points! Once the game has finished, the central computer tallies up the scores and unveils the ultimate champion! Let the games begin!
Yes, all games require you to wear a wristband. You only need to purchase this once and it can be re-used for future sessions. Remember to bring it on your next visit! They cost £1 each.
Players need to be a minimum of 1.2 metres in height to take part.
To enjoy are MagnaTag course you will need to wear comfortable clothes and trainers. No jewellery or sharp objects, such as belt buckles or clothing studs, are permitted.
You can score points by holding your wristband against the illuminated beacons. You can keep scoring until your game ends.
The MagnaTag arena rules are as follows:
- Must be a minimum on 1.2m high to participate.
- Do not attempt any challenge or activity outside of your own limitations, abilities or skill level.
- It is not suitable for expectant mothers or those with known heart conditions.
- You must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or prescribed medication which may affect your ability to function safely.
- You must not enter the arena unless you are a registered player with a registered wristband. You must have undertaken the safety briefing.
- Take care not to make physical contact with other players in the arena.
- By swiping your wristband prior to entering the arena, you are automatically accepting these rules.
The arena obstacle rules are as follows:
- Do not climb on the outside of the structures
- Do not slide down the ropework
- Do not take balls outside of events
- Do no purposely swing suspended objects into other players
- Do not removed your wristband at any time
- Check for other players before descending from events
- Take care when tagging the beacons to prevent injury to your wrist/arm
- Follow safety instructions presented to you at each event
