Business Rates Holiday
For those businesses eligible for the Business Rates holiday, we will be updating accounts with the additional rate relief, and sending revised bills to ratepayers at the earliest opportunity. There is no need to contact the Business Rates team to request this.
Almost all the rate reliefs as part of the COVID-19 measures have been applied to ratepayer accounts and new bills will have been, or will be issued. This will reduce small businesses meeting eligible criteria to nil business rates.
If businesses that have rates to pay in 2020/21 are having difficulty, please contact East Lindsey District Council and we will discuss how we might help.
The Small Business Grant Fund and the Retail, Hospitality and Leisure Grant Fund
These Grants are also available for eligible businesses. Eligibility for these three grants are based on receipt of Business Rates relief and rateable values.
