Holiday Activities
School’s Out!
The school holidays means just one thing…It’s time to have fun!
Our holiday activities run in the school holidays, and are suitable for children aged 5-16 years.
Our action packaged programme of holiday activities is designed to keep your children active throughout the school holidays, and introduce them to new and exciting activities, whilst also being a great opportunity for them to make new friends.

Holiday Activities and Food Programme
Magna Vitae’s next Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme will be in April 2023. Our programme has been expanded, to be able to offer more places to children, and at more locations too. We are also very excited to announce our HAF teen programme, that will be offering a free meal each day, food education, and a 7 day gym / swim pass for every young person taking part.
HAF is the holiday and food programme funded by the government. The aim is to provide opportunities to be active, socialise, fun ways to learn about food education as well as a free meal at every session.
HAF places are free for those who are:
- Eligible to benefit related free school meals,
- Have an ECHP plan from school,
- In local authority care.
(Funding may also be provided in other circums
tances, depending on the local authority).
Families who are eligible to HAF funding, will receive an Evoucher code via their children’s schools. These codes will be provided with a website link to the booking system. The booking system will show all HAF programmes within Lincolnshire, so that families can see availability and choose where to book on.
The booking system for April 2023 goes live on Friday 10th March 2023. Please keep an eye out for the Evoucher email from your child’s school. (If you believe you should receive a voucher and have not, please contact your child’s school first).

My child has a medical condition, allergy, medication?
