How Magna Vitae Champions Inclusive Wellbeing
At Magna Vitae, we’re Seriously Social…About Inclusion.
We believe leisure and wellbeing are basic rights—not luxuries—and every person, regardless of ability, should be able to access and enjoy them. That’s why inclusivity is at the heart of everything we do.
Whether it’s a quiet swim, a supported session, or simply a warm welcome at reception, our mission is clear: Leisure facilities should be for everyone.
Accessibility That Goes Beyond Compliance
Across all our Magna Vitae venues, we’re committed to creating accessible environments where all members of our community feel valued, supported, and empowered. Inclusion in Action: Matthew's Story
Inclusion isn’t just a policy—it’s personal. Take the inspiring story of Matthew, a visually impaired gentleman and a cherished member of our Mablethorpe venue for over 18 years.
With every visit, our team has been there to assist him—helping him navigate the venue, use equipment safely, and feel confident in the pool. When we opened our new facility, we knew the change could be daunting for Matthew. So, we invited him and his wife for a private tour. We even brought in a representative from the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) to train our staff on how to better assist those with visual impairments.
As Matthew says:
“This is a big learning curve for everyone. It is called Leisure & Learning…Learning off the community as well as the other way round.”

We’re Still Learning. Always Improving.
Inclusion in leisure isn’t a final destination—it’s an ongoing journey. We’re constantly exploring new ways to raise the bar. If you need information in an alternative format, have specific accessibility requirements, or just want to chat with a member of our team about how we can support you—we’re #hereforyou.
