For advice, guidance and support on setting up or running a volunteer or community group, Lincolnshire Community and Voluntary Service (LCVS) can offer 1:1 support with a dedicated Area Officer. Their support includes help with planning support activities; establishing a board or committee; developing policies and procedures; safeguarding and DBS checks; funding strategies; identifying funds and preparing applications; and recruiting, managing and training volunteers. They can also help you network and link to other groups who can share their experiences with you or sign post you to more specific support.
