Magna Vitae is holding extra Clubbercise classes in the dark as part of their ‘East Lindsey: Sporting a Healthier Future’ initiative which aims to encourage men and women to take part in sports or exercise once a week. The extra classes start at the Meridian Leisure Centre, Louth on April 21.
Sports Activator Zoe Hicks said: “This is an exciting way to exercise, aerobics in the dark with glow sticks to 80’s and 90’s music. It’s part of our initiative funded by Sport England to deliver different activities to communities that aim to help more people become fit and active!”
Classes are free for MV members or just £4 for non-members.
