We are T.E.D’s first outdoor event/ festival to be assessed – passing with 94%. We have created a new venture for T.E.D. by providing them with a benchmark to assess other events/ festivals.
At our event this year we will be showing off our new award, 27th June – 2nd July 2017. You can speak to any member of our SO Festival team to find out further details too.
Local older people from the T.E.D. community have assessed and rated us performing a “secret shopper” like evaluation. SO Festival have been acknowledged for there high standard of customer service, comfort, accessibility and marketing.
Katie-Louise, our SO Festival coordinator commented:
“I am extremely thrilled that SO Festival is considered to be accessible and welcoming to all. I am proud that as a festival, we can cater for all of our audiences and needs, and that T.E.D. recognises this.”
